The Benchmade Presidio family is one of the most recognizable tactical Benchmade knives and powered by the critically acclaimed Benchmade AXIS system. The Presidio series offers a multitude of options--different sizes, different handle materials, different blade steel and even different operating systems to truly offer a knife for every need and every budget. This particular Black Class auto model, the 5000SBK, features Benchmade's auto AXIS system which is a fully ambidextrous operating system utilizing a dual pull tab method. The black anodized aluminum handle scales offer bi-directional tread for a more secure grip and, like all Benchmade automatics, the slide safety has been integrated into the spine. This higher-end model also features a black finished partly serrated drop point blade and the pocket clip is designed for tip up carry only but is eligible for a left or right hand carry option. Made in the USA.
