Dragonfly Knife Works is a recent passion project from a small group of bored engineers out of Anchorage, AK. Their knives are not only meticulously made with extreme attention to detail, but also made from modern materials and modern techniques for a rustic and classic knife. Exotic and beautiful hard use handle materials and pins, lovingly hand made stitched and worked leather sheaths and tough as nails modern steels. Each knife is individually hardness tested and comes with a birth certificate dictating the model, materials used and the HRC of the blade itself.

This is one of their first forays into the kitchen. This two piece kitchen set (Pairing and Chef Knife). Both feature a stout Copper Swirl 80CRV2 Core San Mai drop blade and flow into an full tang and handle clad in stabilized walnut handles with Mosaic Pins.
