Due South Knives is Olde Town Cutlery's “In-House” brand of high quality product made in-house by their team of knifemakers. Due South Knives are carefully selected patterns and styles that appeal to knife enthusiasts like us who want classic styles, high quality materials, and superb workmanship. These are considered “mid-tech” or semi-custom knives. Olde Town Cutlery also has Due South Handmade Knives which are their own patterns and designs which are true customs and all hand-made.

Each of Due South Knives comes boxed with a sticker along with a label with all the specifications of your knife meticulously detailed.
