Kershaw Classic 3 Piece Golden Knife Set / Brass Animal Caricatures & Black Micarta / Polished Rostfrei ( Pre Owned )

This vintage knife set from Kershaw was made by the now defunct Othello Stahlwarenfabrik company in Solingen, Germany sometimes in the early 1990's. Each knife commemorates a different famous knife pattern from the western world.

• The Golden Eagle is an authentic recreation of a bayonet dagger designed for the German military in the early 1900's. It was made using the original forging dies which were rediscovered and released in 1988.
• The Golden Boar is a recreation of a WWI German Officer's Elite "Special Forces" Dagger.
• The Golden Bear was created to commemorate a rare and magnificent bear taken in the 1920's in the Carpathian Mountains. Its designer owned a knife factory in Solingen Germany where the original of this knife was first made.

This serial number matching set ( #2921 ) comes in the original display case. Each blade is hand forged stainless steel with a mirror polish, cast guard and pommel in the shape of the knife namesake animal with black linen micarta handles.
