This is a purchased new, never carried, used or sharpened, Schrade knife. This custom quality production design won Blade Magazine's Knife of the Year Award for best factory collaboration in 2001.
This knife was a collaborative venture between the old Imperial Schrades Custom Shop and world renowned Art Knifemaker Van Barnett. Extremely well made using ATS-34 steel, titanium, jade green bone handles and 24K gold inlays and gold titanium accents. The bolsters are blued titanium and details carved with gold inlay. NIB with padded canvas pouch and shark skin belt sheath and pamphlet.This would make a great addition to a collection of fine and luxurious knives, or a very nice everyday carry for a discerning knife aficionado.- ATS-34 steel blade
