The ultimate Chef's knife from Semper Sharp. Satin Nitro V stainless steel gives robust edge retention and stain resistance while the full flat grind gives a tall cutting edge but retains the lightness of a much smaller knife. The full tang of the blade gives way to dyed and stabilized maple burl scales. Not only is this knife beautiful to behold but it is a robust, ergonomic and light knife that would be at home in a gourmands private kitchen or on the line of professional kitchen.
